Have been using this phone for 2 weeks now and everything works perfectly well but software update always fails to register the device. What could be the reason?

I... moreThe camera is good but if you send photos by whatsapp they come out dark but it is not a problem of the smarphone if not of android 6 I hope they solve it with some update as advice I recommend you always look for good audio and good pictures go for a sony xperia

I'm planning to buy a new phone with good quality camera. I'm thinking, if this Samsung J2 Prime is eligible of what I want. Is it good enough? Or not? Please, give me a piece of advice. Especially, for those who already used this kind of phone. Thank You.

Shama, 18 Apr 2017How do i get all my storage to sd cardGo to My Files, click on the Folder you want to move to your SD Card, long press the image or video you want to transfer to your SD Card, click on the 3-dots icon in the upper right corner of your phone screen. You can see option there "Move", click on that and you're done. Remember "long press" the item you want to transfer. If you don't long press it, you can't see the "Move" option.

After i bought this j2 prime for a week...the storage was already insufficient.Amount of storage is full.Always.The the downloaded apps are only whatsapp and joox.After 3 months i cant download anything. I have cleared up everything i could. But yeah everything just stopoed working.very dissappointed.

Gazi Imran, 19 Apr 2017Editing ROM Instead of RAM Though ROM is 8 GM but it per... moreThis is normal because you cant get the whole 8GB of internal. 3.2GB will remain because of the preloaded apps, software and firmware thats why you only get 3.2GB of internal. This also happen on any android device (any brand) that has 8GB of internal. Samsung never cheated you on that matter nor any other brand.

Editing ROM Instead of RAM
Though ROM is 8 GM but it performing as similar as 2GB. Even in my mobile there is very few apps & maximum are found with mobile when purchased. Always showing internal storage full. so what king of cheating this by Samsung.

I have shown to Samsung customer Service in Mohakhali, Mirpur(sawrapara) many times but they just do softener update & show me onlt 3.2GM spare free. But when i start to using , after one day it as like as before. They can't do anything.
Is this my guilty why I purchased this brand mobile?

Vivo y53 is BETTER, I've got a hands on comparison between my Vivo y53 and Samsung Galaxy j2 prime.
y53's front and rear camera is sharper and colorfu. The design is slimer and lighter. Antutu benchmark hits 35k while j2 hits 32k only. My y53 can run nba2k17 ,gta san andreas in high resolution. At last 16gb internal storage and 2gb of ram seals the deal. Both phones are same at price of 5,990 php. BE PRACTICAL guys 😉

cannot download more apps...its disgusting..it cannot change sd card as default storage..so you end up storage is always full or running out...fucked.
