I have that facility on my older prime core Lte. Even Spark staff has surrendered on that issue. so if you give advice do know if a model can do it or not or otherwise show me how to do it as all the other experts cannot. So I know look at getting her the J3 to help with this frustrating issue. cheers.

master, 29 Mar 2017i'm planing to buy samsung j2 prime. is it worth buying and... morei've had this phone for almost about a month now and as someone who's fond of downloading apps and games, it's not worth it. but if you're using it just to take pictures and listen to music then it's okay, as long as you use your sd card to store your music and photos. the camera isn't the greatest but it isn't bad either. 8gb internal was the downfall of this phone. over the course of about a month, i've had to factory reset the phone almost every week. once i had to factory reset it twice in one night. the only reason i bought this was because it was a 2017 model, the only one in it's price range with android 6.0 (which is now outdated because there's already android 7.0), my mother persuaded me that samsung is a respectable brand and i wouldn't regret my purchase, and lastly because i had no idea how bad 8gb internal was. i'm not saying you shouldn't buy it, i'm saying that i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. you could get a better phone than this but you have to spend a little more (it costs 5,600 to 5,990 PHP, better phones would set you back a couple thousand more but it wouldn't exceed 10,000 PHP)
apart from the sad excuse for internal storage, i've noticed another issue (i'm not sure if it's just caused by the protective glass), but sometimes the touch screen would just hold any input you give it at random times. for example, tapping the backspace button would sometimes hold it on it's own and would erase a whole paragraph. it's a phone with a lot of potential, sadly all that potential was wasted with the 8gb internal memory.

im planning to buy samsung j2 prime however as i read majority of the reviews and comments i have this thought, is it worth to buy? because there are lots of negative reviews/comments bout the specs.

yes i just got this phone about a week ago , & i am already having storage issues. that should not be happening. i dont have much downloaded. i wish this problem would get fixed. i was an iphone user and i know you can have a lot more storage. i even have a 64 gb sd card. but that isnt helping because i cant move ALL apps to the sd card. so i cant download anything else and its frustrating . this is a HUGE downfall to a great phone. love everything else except this. PLEASE FIND A WAY TO FIX !

You should go to the applicatio managamente and click on the app you would like to swap to the sd storage. The it would be a option that allows you to do it. Good luck

its worth to buy this one, but a little bit disadvantage on it was its battery for an LTE device it needs to be 3000 or 3000+ mAh to last within a day for an heavy user. that's why this phone comes with ultimate power saving mode feature.
