It is a good mobile but it has a problem while using video chat it will give u black screen.

Hi there,
The wifi is disconnecting and reconnecting all the time (android 6.0.1).settings: smart switch is disabled and wifi should always be active in standby mode.updated software of the router as well.
Any ideas what else i could try?
