I have no complaints about the phone it works really well. No service issue my apps work great no freezing or lagging really good phone. My phone model is J320P it has 16GB memory and Over 1GB ram

Dont waste your money and time for this model . Buy Redmi 3S prime or another chinese phone instead. I am using Redmi. U can compare it with redmi 3s.

This thing can barely run Facebook and Twitter at the same time. It chokes so easy and freezes up. Have to restart all the time. Text messaging is very slow (not network related) it just does not have the computing power to run 3 apps at one time. Stay away.

I just disappointed with this phone cause the camera very dark not like grand prime so disappointed with that camera

I have this phone, for me this phone is wonderful in the perfomance, hardware, and features. Good enough and nice phone :), but poor in the software :((. This phone still running android lollipop 5.1.1.....and not on marshmallow....
I fully hope marshmallow will be released for this device. My model number is SM-J320G.

Biggest piece of crap ever. First one, the camera lens shattered within 2 weeks and Best Buy traded out for another. Now on the second, constant problems with getting stuck in safe mode and volume and ringtone turning down by itself and refusing to turn up. No wonder Best Buy had this this thing at such a deep discount. Never again will I stray from LG. Lesson learned.

Bought one as a Christmas gift. Does the basics well but basically a budget device. You get what you pay for for.

Open it up and look where the memory card would line up and you should see a little raised section. At least that's on the AT&T version of this phone. If you notice, this little "tab" so to speak is designed to keep the memory card from moving. I'm suspecting yours isn't present or it's not lining up right and results I your card jiggling loose and the phone thinking it's been removed and/or reinserted. Just a thought... hope it helps!
I've only had this phone for a day and I gotta admit, I kinda like it especially at around $70ish! Battery lasted great even with heavy use and updates etc... nice feel and nice expensive appearance so you don't look cheap but still have $600 in your pocket after making your purchase!
