Thought I would still go with almost anything over this one as the plastic backing flies off mine a lot of the time while at work. And yeah that means the battery can and does fall out... save yourself the headache.

Samsung J3V not user friendly!
How do you forward calls on the Samsung J3V, it states in the manual call to settings than more settings, then call forwarding, there is NO "call Forwarding" option.

I was wondering if there was an upper limit on the size of the microSD card that you can install on the phone? I see that it has a microSD card slot but it doesn't state if there is an upper limit to how much memory in that microSD card that the phone can handle. I don't want to buy a card with excess memory that the phone can't access. Thanks!

Samsung J3 is a no hope, second one I've had same issues with the battery. Save your money for something with a removable battery this one is rubbish regardless of what it can do what it can't do is actually perform over a decent period as a phone!!

If you're gonna buy anything Android for the essentials (communication, multimedia files, basic surfing), get a device with a removable battery and Android Go. My device with a non-removable battery is giving me problems (reset loop) which can be solved immediately by simply removing/changing the battery.

An advice to all Android users,,,always buy Android mobile phone with removable Lion battery so that you can change the Lion battery yourself & you need not visit the Service Center.
Samsung makes Android phones with removable Lion battery so Owner can alone change battery,,,also pricing is no mucho Dinero.
