hello there , i have samsung j4 plus and recently updated software but after update was finished my touchscreen freeze and i cant use my phone anymore knowing that i tried to downgrade my software but couldn't do it

After my last upgrade my could not work it was working before. The sensor is some how not working you slide it up to open, pls give steps on how to reset the phone

I've always bought Samsung but this was a mistake. It doesnt throw or mirror, and it's not compatable with the downloadable apps for this function. After the first update, some of the really useful features disappeared and cannot be reinstated, split screen and others. When purchasing I specifically checked not once but three time that the throw mirror function was avaialble for this model, I was assured by Tesco mobile and Samsung themselves that it was. Wont buy Samsung again.
