Hi I'm having a problem with my sumsang j4 core it blank on the screen it only showing power off and restart.but when you press all that nothing happening...it rings but you can't see nothing on the screen because it black...so how can I get it back to normal

i ain't gonna lie to y'all. this phone is shitty and it lags. now i can't see properly cause the LED always comes out and it lags. i don't recommend y'all to buy it

This phone is bad it crashes a lot onw time the screen went black for a hole day so I forward it to restart. This phone is not cheap but is apiece of trash if you already bought it it's your loss.no games plays well like the games that I really want to play they don't but the boring ones Soo itls like this phone hates me.expt for the big screen this phone is bad

This phone is big so of you like size you'll love it. It has a low camera quality, you need to go out in the sun and work your angles just to get a decent picture. The sound is very low. It has many malfunctions; it lags, you see now difference when you upgrade and it has a tendency of "fainting" (even up to 3 days) when there is shortage of space. After a year of using it it starts making strange, embarrassing noises. Some apps fail to install (even if you were able to install them at first). You can't use Instagram/ Facebook filters. But you can buy it for your granddad maybe🤷🏾♀️

Pretty good phone, definitely not great, have been using it since November 2020. It has a lot of ups and downs, the most notably down for me was the awful performance you'd get when recording your screen. But for the most part it is a great phone, with even just 1GB RAM it allows you to do pretty much anything without much of a problem (except for gaming). As a basic phone, maybe to give to your 40+ year old dad or grandad can work perfectly.

I have had this fone for a few months it is good but it does not run preaty much any game if it does it is going to crash if you are looking for great perfomance and gaming this is not it and the ram is ongly 1gb out of that 16

I've had this phone for 2 years now and honestly it wasn't that bad that bad at first. Now it just lacks a lot of features. You can't instal certain apps like COD because the device isn't compatible with the app. I rate it 5/10

Personally, buying this phone wasn't the best decision. It lacks so many things. It doesn't have a recorder or even Samsung notes. The camera is bad. What's nice about it is the looks only.
