My Samsung j4 core plays slow motion on my videos and sometimes doesn't even have a sound? What to do? I am very frustrated cause its new from the box :-(

This phone is too lag i can't play online games this phone is too bad for me.I thought this phone is too smooth for playing but is too lag pls fixed this j4 core phone that the user will be satisfied....arghhh!!

This phone is good,the camera is good and i can download any app from play store,the phone does have a screenshot. Just learn how to use play store,learn how to do a screenshot and how to set the camera,then you wont regret buying it.actually learn how to use the phone becouse there is nothing wrong with this phone

And the Samsung Experience 9.5 of the Galaxy J4 Core is so weak that it resembled the TouchWiz Essence UX (Galaxy Pocket 2, Galaxy Young 2, Galaxy Core 2, Galaxy Ace 4, Galaxy Ace Style).
There is no full support for the frame in the icons, the Smart Manager is worse, the dock of the home screen only supports 4 shortcuts (as it is in Android Go Stock), it has much less configuration options.
Interestingly Samsung My Files appears to download in the Galaxy Store of the Galaxy J4 Core, but the same app does not open, and crashes.
It also does not support Samsung Music (similar to Galaxy Grand Prime, Galaxy Grand Prime VE, Galaxy Core Prime and Galaxy Core Prime VE).

But this article is from August 2019 (and is still available), and yet the company does not confirm the update for the device.

For the price point its actually not too bad of a phone if you need it to do the bare basics. operating system is a little slow as compared to the more expensive options and I struggle with some of the functions I am able to do with my other devices. Connecting via bluetooth to my car for example is a massive problem, it connects fine, but then after 10 seconds, disconnects. This continues until I give up and connect my other device instead. All in all, the phone works fine if you are looking for an entry level basic device to do all the modern functions (besides calling from your car) you would need.

I'm a long time Samsung user but this is the biggest piece of crap I've ever bought.
I can't set up any speed dials.
I cannot take any screen shots, no matter what I try.
I cannot watch any video or movie that I've downloaded, it freezes at 0 seconds and sometimes when it does decide to unfreeze, there's no sound.

I like the size buuuuuuut the camera quality is worse than any fone i have ever used. samsung you honestly disappointed me as a first time customer.

This phone is very very very bad, the photos are horrriibbllee i mean you cant even notice yourself on the photo after taking a photo. Thats very bad service from Samsung company because you dont deliver good products to your customers. Me and my family will no longer buy any kinda Samsung in our lives. Samsung J1 was 100% perfect. You made too much money from us and you no longer think that we deserve thing with high qualities. Thats very very very looooow

The phone is fast enough but the camera is very bad. i mean its blur. Gaming experience is good and it doesn't consume a lot of space either
