I have purchased this phone, but first software complaint caused in 2 months time, within warranty period repaired which charged 230 Rs. and again the same complaint was in an year time and charged 236 rupees and 3rd time now the board is the complaint, Samsung authorized service center asking huge amount (4350 Rs.) to replace the board, I have samsung monitor, TV, mobile etc. every products giving troubles Now I regret to feel that samsung doesn't value quality on their products.

really bad! i took pictures and videos for our project but when i tried to open them they were corrupted. worse, the screen keeps on turning black.. i tried so much methods to open it and it does open but after sometime, it turns black again. guess i should buy Vivo this time.

Bought in 2015, hvnt enjoyed the phone at all. After update memory remaining about 500mb, wonder how many apps one can install. The front camera is really good, however, after about 30 pictures, the rest are corrupted. Went to Samsung to get it fixed they just took my money bcos the problem persist. So can't use the camera. Regreting, internet connectivity is just manageable. U won't advice anyone to buy it.

This phone is great although its storage is low after updating to Marshmello..........i Hope Samsung will fix this in their next update

I bought mine in September 2015. It's been 3 years. Changed battery once. Still working perfectly. No lags. It hanged only 3 or 4 times since first use. Perfect value for money.

I've had the phone for about 2 years now and I am very happy with it. Cheap and highly effective. Also pretty durable, I have dropped and even tossed it on purpose more than twice, not even a dent so far.

i have the phone for 3 years and i'm changing it now just because i want something else but it works perfectly. Battery lasts one day . Even big apps are working good , internet connection is very good , it doesn't stuck. It's very , i mean very resistant (drooped it many times , floor , street , everywhere) , also drooped water and coffee , still works . For this price it's a great phone.

The worst phone I ever have since 1993. Can't take extra memory card and his battery is the worst of all, after 6 months I have to put in a new battery. Useless

No need for this phone, just get a Samsung Galaxy S4 and flash a custom ROM to get a newer version of Android and you're all good to go. Oh, and that 1080p screen of the S4, you'll very much appreciate it.

My father have this phone about 4 years with the same original battery, so just now battery going low, but still working, and this phone do not make any problem, it's really good phone for this price

What other phone out there dies at 60%, loses charge and even dies WHILE CHARGING, and consistently goes into standby for no reason?
And that's just the battery! This is the worst phone to have ever been made. Ended up using my Nokia Lumia instead, which is older, uses Windows and only has half the screen working. But it's still a WAY better phone than this!

i have had my j5 over a year and to be honest it only gets worse as time goes on , i have re set to factory setting 3 times and its some where between annoying and useless its so bad i am using my sim in my old htc i brought it to replace , a phone 4 years older works twice as well at the end of my contract i will never use o2 as a provider again because of this unit , any one who supplies such rubbish is partly to blame an as my only way to seek any satisfactory retribution is to hurt them if only by not renewing my contract and to tell other to avoid because of there poor customer service
