The phone is very good in termd of Camera, speed and Battery but unable to find any custom developed Rom or framework, so for developer point of view it is not a good option. Also this phone does not support cynogenmod!

The main difference between J5 and On7 is that J5 has a 5.0" Super AMOLED display while that on the On7 is an 5.5" IPS LCD. Now considering that the resolution of both the screens is exactly the same i.e. 720p, the Super AMOLED with higher pixel density and vivid colors should look way more beautiful and lively than the IPS display on the On7. The processor, RAM, cameras, inbuilt memory are all identical. The battery on the On7 is a 3000mAh one and that on J5 is 2600 mAh. The AMOLED screens consume much less power than IPS LCDs. So the additional 400mAh in the On7 battery wouldn't make much of a difference in comparison to the 2600mAh battery in J5. Also one should reason the lack of a Gorilla or Dragontrail glass for protection in Samsung displays. so the 5.0" J5 and On5 display is less vulnerable to damage than a 5.5" display on J7 and On7. Super AMOLED beat down IPD LCD displays by a great margin and thus J5 should be considered over On7. This is what i have researched so far and finally i've decided on purchasing a J5.

I have a samsung galaxy j5.Phone is working good.Colours are vibrant.Screen resolution is good.Both front and back cam are awesome.But there are certain things which should be noted:
1.The speaker volume is quite low.There's only one speaker
2.There is no notification led which is very imp.
3.Battery backup is less than I had expected.Charging takes too much time as well.

My rear camera keeps not working. I have looked up how to fix it but that didn't work. I restart my phone and then it will work for a while but after a bit it will go back to saying 'camera failed'. Other than that, it is a great phone and does take good pictures when it is working.

Buy this phone 2 days ago. Here's some of my opinion:
- Screen is excellent. Colors are so vibrant
- Quite fast for general use
- Battery only last for a day (not as i hoped )
- Build quality feels really cheap. I suggest to use an additional case
- Several bugs is present out of the box like google play music not playing any music, game's notification not showing, etc.
Overall satisfied, but I hope the battery could be better

Music player is not working properly. after restarting it will work but after sometimes again it will not work. Buy j5 on 13 march 2016 and problem started in one or two days. I m unsatisfied with dis mobile.

got this phone 1 month ago nothing but problems freezers doesn't load properly have to use speaker when on normal phone calls or you won't hear them think kmart $20 would be better

I am telling you this because I was convinced to buy the Huawei p8lite (judging by the reviews) until I hold it in my hands and noticed the screen resolution did not fit my expectations. Then I thought of a iPhone SE but Oh my God: the screen is too small
You also have to make your decision based on what you care the most... Some people would care about having a consistent processor for surfing the Internet and managing many applications, some others about how great the pics they can take are (which means the camera), etc. Think of what is more important to you and then based your decision on than because, in my opinion, they all got different competitive value. I've been using this phone for almost 2 months and no problem. Camera is outstanding most especially when it is in outdoor mode the picture became crispier and sharper. Battery is awesome. I charged my phone every other day. For me, this is a great phone.
