I bought a J5 and every time i use the camera it stated camera failed . Is it a software problem or hardware ?

I can upgrade to either Neo or J5 but don't know which to go for. Both sound good. Neo on paper sounds better but be views are varied especially about the camera. J5 has generally good reviews.
Not sure what to do....

I bought this Phone last October 2015 and I found it very interesting. The features are awesome. Camera is 13MP and it's great. The battery is super duper durable. There is an update for Android. The Samsung Knox is awesome App. I can play games. I can deactivate Applications like Microsoft Office to more space in Games. There are App for Microsoft Office. I can also present my Powerpoint presentations using this phone. There are lots of casing in the store. I highly recommend this phone.

I just bought the phone and it's actually pretty nice and has no problem except internal storage. it has a very beautiful screen and excellent cameras with flash both front and back. the loudspeaker is excellent too. the only negative is the internal storage but it has memory card expansion so you just need to buy sd
card

My phone can't play games and the internal memory is 4 gb, why is this so?

I updated my J5 to its latest update... not the marshmallow though just its latest update... and when I updated it every gone wrong... my data connection gone weak though it's 4G I tried to use a lot of 4G sims but still the same... :(

When i want to go back from message or play store touched the back on display it cant working
Only key board back button working anyone facing same problem pls check an reply as soon as possible. .

I bought a J5 last December. Pretty aware of The Performance . A Perfect Smart device for day to day use . Battery is perfect when compared . only small prob is 8GB storage . That also can be Manage by Using A SD card . I highly Recommend This Woth No Doubt . Great Device
