However phone lags sometimes and also occasional restart on its own while making call. Its a software issue. So it should get solved with firmware update. Good luck!

I bought two of the j5 not long ago, noticed that anytime I tether through either wireless or usb, it connects but there's no internet access on the other devices it's connected to, even tho I have data. All two phones have the same problem. Need help in finding a solution.

rahul, 19 Dec 2015Hello guys I brought this phone 30 Nov frm that day I feel ... moreCheck the protector, if its of good quality then first try resetting your device if this won't work then you should check your device either it's original one or fake samsung, Install antutu benchmark checkout its score (I don't 've idea about this device but its score should be in 20s K or higher) also check info tab in auntutu here you can see all hardware and software details of your device and compare it with specs available on internet.
