i have been using J5 since 1.5 years. I found problem with storage. All the data n applications are directly going to phone storage even though memory card is there. Now the phone is getting switched off even if 50% of battery is there. I recommend not to buy this phone

My battery has got thick within 1.5 year of its purchase. Now my phone gets switched off when battery remains 30%. Battery thickness has become 1.20 times and it gets hot within some time of charging. So i recommend not to buy samsung J5 as we have invested 13000 approx and within 1.5 year it is of no worth..In compare to that, iphone of 18000 to 20000 may work upto 4 years easily...no touch problem, no battery problem...So i recommend to purchase iphone because it is worthy to invest some more amount to use for years....

My J5 would easily heat up when the mobile data is on and would automatically dragged down to the lowest battery

Anonymous, 10 Jun 2017Memory card is not working in the phone j5Same here...i can't download some apps cause its always saying that storage was full and doesn't have enough space!so whats the use of memory card and its slot???applications are very limited since half of the internal memory are occupied by the system applications.

2ne1blackjack, 15 Jun 2017are u using the original charger, does it say "battery char... moreI'm using the original charger. Now I'm using the Samsung j1 charger since it will take 4 hours to fully charge, lesser than the original charger. My phone before will take 1.5 hours to charge but now its worse. Maybe Samsung's battery performance will depreciate in the long run unlike other phones .

I've been using my J5 for l and half years already but now it will take 5 to 6 hours to fully charge the battery. Sometimes it will say charging from time to time. I'm confused if it's the battery, charger or the port for the phone's connection for the charger is the problem. I have tried doing master reset for the phone but it's still the same. Please help..

my Samsung J5 Prime just turned blank on screen, nothing visible and nothing happened to it..it receives calls from other users which I neither respond nor see the caller..

This is a phone that I've come to love. After a strenous six months with a low budget phone, I bought the J5 even when I had the chance to buy something bigger, knowing that it's a risk buying something that's new at that time. My risk was worth it. Not only is the performance good but the phone is also easy to touch and quite charming, the camera could use some work though, other than that, this is a solid good choice for a casual day to day life

NAISAR, 24 Oct 2016best ever phone used till yetIt's 3rd grade phone...waste of money.. ..phone is running very slow..automatic restart...processing very slow....really i have wasted my money....even if if you type anything it will come very slow...so don't buy.....

Since updating to marshmallow, I don't feel this phone the way it was before. It keeps lagging sometimes, the battery and cell signal icons are a little too tiny, some apps don't run correctly, no more sorting selection in app manager. Downgrading to original Lollipop.
