check the camera in safe mode...aftr doing the factory reset....i issue still persist visit the nearest ASC

Good design very fast phone good specification for money
Cons:
No work compass because no magnetic sensor,

I bought this j5,everything running smooth but today camera got freeze,after several second it will show - camera not responding. I restart the phone many times still same,but whatsapp phone goes fine. Anyone know why?
