j5 2015 will receive nougat according to a leaked samsung document in turkey...just google j5 2015 nougat

I accepted the software upgrade for my J56 model. No my phone is constantly beeping and presenting an error message. I fear this upgrade may have permanently messed up my brand new phone..grrrrr!!! Now it is unusable!!!Any advice out there?

the samsung galaxy j5 is got to be one of the worst phones ever created
you take 4 to 5 pics and thats your memory gone and you have to delet everything to update it i will never recomend this phone and when i get a new one this one will be gojng right in the bin

Memory on this phone is all used up by the system generated files and apps. You will not be able to download anything to the phone or update it without deleting things first. Samsung do not want to know. They state that they have to send the software to all phones even those with much more memory to ensure that those with more memory are stable - never mind that they destabilise this phone. Mine is under warranty until July 2018 but they will do nothing to resolve the issues. The phone is basically unusable unless you only want to use it to call and text people
