Hey there I just upgraded j5 to android 6!! After restart the phone just shows samsungs logo and doesnt turn on!! What's happening I am really confused!!

I have updated my J5 on 6.0.1 couple of days ago and now it's completely f*****! It's so slow now. It was my hero kind of phone but now I think it's useless! Any method to improve it's smoothness? Or to make it fast? Or even to go back to 5.0.1?? Help will be highly appreciated :)
