It needs to be verified from reliable sources whether you are correct or Samsung Customer Care is correct or both are wrong. A lot of misleading information creeps up every time somebody needs to clarify some doubt.

If it's not, IPS should have been there instead. TFT unrealiable under bright light. Just noticed this when saw phone on display in mall.
