The Samsung J5 8GB version, what a waste of money. 4GB of the phones internal memory is used up by systems files that is impossible to delete the rest of the 4GB you will only be able to load 5 or 6 applications and it will give a memory low message.
it does not come pre-installed with the Samsung music player, don't bother trying to download it. The phone does not allow you to install the apk file send an "application install error" continuously.

My phone is continually running low on storage. No room even for the updates and Im only running 5 apps I've installed. I bought a big card but cannot transfer much to it. I have all my photos on it and a few apps and not using much space there. All the internal storage is used by apps I have not installed. Don't use and don't need but cant delete. No room for the latest updates. What's going on. Anyone else having these problems

Samsung j5 one of the worst phones i have come across. if u need a samsung in the range of 10k INR, u don't have a choice.

My J5 phone camera 's system memory is full with photos and videos. I tried to copy them to 8GB SD card . But only Icons were copied not the photos. How can I copy them to SD card.
