Hi guys, I updated to 6.0.1 2 months ago, truth is the phone hot a bit laggy and the storage got smaller, this r all things i can tolerate.
But several days ago I started having a weird problem. When I use an app the phone suddenly shows my background, then disconnects from the wifi, instantly reconects and locks the screen. Its really annoying. Does someone have an idea what could be the cause and maybe give me a solution? Tnx in advance.
P.S. The thing that really pisses me off with this update is not having Hearthstone on my phone

guys i have updated my sm-j500f but my phone is not switching on now...its stopping soon after the vodacom sign and its writing samsung only for the past 24hours,and i cant go further than that also its occasionally vibrating,what could be the issue,kindly assist please

somebodyyyy, 16 Nov 2016it's the bluetooth, it actually consumes a lot of battery. ... moreBluetooth v4.1 doesent consumes a lot of battery. In my case it is 20% in 2hours, and this is not normal. I will send it back.

Hey .. After updating marshmallow 6.0.1 my phone doesn't work properly . I can't update my apps because my google play is not working due to fail in network connection .. my wifi is not connect .. when i turn on my mob data google play is open but on wifi it couldn't .. plz give me some suggestions ..

I am very sorry to say that I have a complain about my Samsung galaxy j5 2016 some times its keypad is stoped means hang and I think some time it's work slow some time most of time Facebook is stoped and to day Go speed is not responding and some time Go security is stoped
Plz help me how I solve all this problem I want my Samsung galaxy j5 2016 work excellent super and faster

I got this phone in April 2016 .. up till now worked ok camera i found was not too great and battery life is poor . but since update its rubbish . slow speeds if apps come on . turns off all the time . cant password in as screen just goes black can take me 8 attempts. I dont understand why Samsung have to fill the phone up with there app so when it updates its full . I only have 3 apps on it now . got fed up and bought a new phone waste of money on this i did like my Galaxy core but it was only 8Gb thought this would of been better so wrong was I.

I HATE this phone.The shutterlag on the camera is rediculous. The build quality is pathetic and the phone is EXTREMELY slow
