Bitz, 18 Sep 2016U mean on smart managerNoo.. Here's How:-
1. Download samsung smartswitch in ur PC/Laptop.
2. Then connect ur J5 via USB and then run smartswitch on pc/laptop.
3. Tap/click on update now (if available) then all u have to do is to wait.
4. First make sure to backup ur things :-)

The latest update is no good.
It does not working on 2g network(net).
Contacts list is slow to load.
There is problem in typing when caps is enabled.

it's a very good phone. . But just want to ask it's power button is quite loose.. is it normal or will it harm this handset....

don't update to marshmallow. it gets laggy, os isn't smooth as it was before with lolipop. you won't notice any difference with marshmallow, no signifiant improovements, the interface is the same, only status bar has changed a little bit. marsmallow is the latest update this phone will ever get. it's cpu's are not strong enough for nougat.

I have to use JIO4GVoice (Jio Join) app to make calls. Are you sure Samsung Galaxy J5 is VoLTE supported???
