White and black is better than gold which looks so cheap at the back, also check on screen resolution bc my first j5 has bad oversaturated pinkish tint and bleeds in red color, there are perfect amoled screen out there.

I bought Samsung j5 older version 19 days ago..I m facing problem of sound..
Customer care officer is telling tht all the j series phone have same quality of sound...the ringtone is nt clearly listened..
Plz help me..
Is there same fault in j5 2016 edition

E5 to J5 (6), 03 Jun 2016I sold my samsung galaxy E5 and bought J5 (2016) gold 5days... moreAlso there is no HDR mode in camera. Am not having heating issue.When switched on without back cover ( containing NFC antenna) so much heat at antenna terminal. After closing back cover not much heat I faced.Heating is common even by dual core FonePad got heat while using long time .Back lower end of this phone containing NFC and main antenna .It should not covered by any metal or by hand .

Mostly all the Android phones have heating issues.. this phone gets heated while charging.. but that s not a big issue.. good phone.. no hanging prblms yet.. altogether a nice phone for the budget.. am really happy to have this phone.. don't go for new brands.. many chances for getting disappointed.. good job samsung 😊

I sold my samsung galaxy E5 and bought J5 (2016) gold 5days ago. My first impression with j5 (6) was so stylish, slim and attractive, 13mp/5mp with both flash (w/c is good), marshmallow, 2g ram, all of this oh wow! But then i realized while browsing this phone, Oh my! Wrong move?? No screen mirroring, you have to press power and home botton for screen capture(unlike in E5 just slide ur palm) , doesn't support some fonts (w/c i used in E5) and heating issue (this are all i encountered) I hope thats all!! Will try to explore more! :)
P.s
Just want to share, i discover how to reduce heat on my phone. Go to settings-data usage- turn on ultra data saving mode (but if you want to use ur mobile data turn this off). Or you can download master cleaner it has cpu cooler there. It works on my phone! I hope this will help! ;-)

Even though this model J5 (2016 )better than J5(2015) why its not trending in the top ten of GSMARENA. j3(2016 ) & J5 (2015) are in the top ten.

I'm planning to buy this phone but with the reviews that I've read, I'm starting to doubt if this phone is really worth the price. I've read problems such as phone lagging, heat problems, awfully low speaker and camera problems too. I just need a few help to weigh decision and btw my other option is Samsung E5

Hi guys, may I ask how do I charge the additional "internal" battery? I have to charge twice as long since there will be two battery overnight or is there a way to do it? Will this damages my phone? And lastly how was the battery life? Thank you
