I have used Samsung Galaxy J5(2016) since 2017 and its good a used until now but its not good at the switch off button how i could repair it or get spare can you give me info please thanks,

Then I will change to buy another phone

I bought an A51 4 months ago ,it has SERIOUS PROBLEMS .so sold it .
My other phone is a J (2016) its the best phone ive had so far ,thee best !!!

Hi, I'm happy with my Samsung J5 powered by android, but cannot use it to download the Checkers60 delivery app. Says this device is not able to?? Please help.

6 years user here..just i cant upload heavy apps. but still good in call and chatting...planning to buy new samsung unit...hopefully it will last of 6 years too..

I have using it for 6 years and it's still good for simple job like chat, surf web, watch video, read document. The only down right now is it can't open some heavy apps and can't download high android requirement apps, 6 years old already 😁. I really love this phone, it's time to buy a new one but i wll keep this phone for memory. 1 phone for 6 years, best phone ever.

It was given to me as a gift in 2016. The look and feel were pretty bad. Every now and then the phone would freeze and you had to remove the battery.

Still have mine and it works like a charm.purchased 6 yrs ago and never had to replace a part only replaced 3 batteries so far

Had my Galaxy J5 (2016) since 2016 (when I ditched IPhone for taking the mickey on pricing) & never had a problem with it till now. Keeps losing its charge now for no reason. Tried buying a replacement battery as I wanted to retain my J5. Its been the best mobile I've had since 1998 but I can't get the new battery to last more than a day. Bought a Galaxy A32 5G but its way to big almost tablet sized so that went back in its box as I'm not carrying that thing around with me. Too heavy too big & can't use Samsung Smart Switch to transfer my contacts & data. Disappointed in A32 5G & waste of £240 My J5 is far easier to use than A32 I'm still hopeful of getting my J5 repaired. For me to keep a phone for 6 years is unheard of

If you sell me this with an updated chip, camera and software I would buy this without thinking. This were the best designed phones in my opinion. Crazy durable and not tablet sized.

Even i will get new brand phone 2022 Im still currently using this phone and still good and handsome. I hope the next software update for j510f. Removed bloatware or some not useful app. Just like samsung health,hangout we download that app from store if we want. right
