Some times samsung restricts new update when we ignore these things.

Those who are facing com.android.phone has stopped after updating to nougat update via OTA, factory reset is the only way to solve it.

Than power of and go to download mode and you can install marshmallow or nougat. You should be ok after those steps, I had the same problem after installing a custom rom.

AnonD-714287, 08 Nov 2017is your problem solved?Its something belong to sim card ... just clear cache and do factory reset without the sim card *
* if you use a sim card toolkit you have to remove it

Hello everyone,
Today morning i updated my SM-J510FN to Nougat 7.1.1 and after updating my phone keeps on popping com.android.phone has stopped. Even sim cards are not detected.
I have tried many ways that were listed on google.
Do anyone else have a solution about this problem?
