My phone' model no is J5 10H [galaxyJ5-2016] and it didn't get LTE . It only get WCDMA and GSM in sim1 and sim2. What're the problems and how to do to get LTE network.

Yes it overheats sometimes, but it depends on how much you use it and which apps do u use for example apps like musically overheats the phone but it also depends on how hot its outside cause hot wheather might increase how much the phone overheats even though u dont use any apps like that.Although if you use your phone some hours but you let it rest some others then it will be fine! Also if the phone overheats sometimes you can leave it for some minutes in a place where its quite cold like a room with the aircondition on! I tried my best to help.Thank you

Dear user, if your j5 is upgraded 6.0.1 marsmallow android.so have to be able all the apps are direct install your external sd card..if you want to use your external sd card as your internal storage..so you have to format your ex sd card as your internal storage..

I want to buy the phone, but I heard that it had some problems with overheating. I want to know does it overheats often and what are the things that make it overheat. I am not planning on playing games on the phone, I am going to simply use Messenger, YouTube, Viber etc. Will there be a problem?
