Bought this brand new as my very first Samsung phone just last week from eBay. So far, only one issue I can think of which is that the touch keys (left and right of the home button) do not light up. There is no option to turn it on/off, supposedly on settings Power Saving Mode that I can choose. I don't know if this is standard on J5 models, but I searched and didn't find any info. Other than that, everything else is good (for now), as battery and other features I need are working well. Good price too for this type of phone..I only paid US$179!

Mobil is good.but flipkart services worest for shipping and delivery. so,don't by any products in flipkart. this is my experience. but this model available in only flipkart.
Amazon is good services for shipping and delivery. moto g play delivered in before of expected dates.so Amazon is good.

Very bad service Samsung mobile A am Purchase A5 New phone i am use only 5 to 7 days After problem showing is display but not response to Samsung ASM / BSM & service centre service centre spoke to no reassessment
note :- this problem Showing in manufacture but Samsung Spock to no repress only repair

Stop nonsense sad it has quad core processor ...and if you are fan of iphone 5 than you should by it with more money ...according to my experiance this phone is

Worst phone ever. The browser lags even as I'm writing this report and why doesn't it have fingerprint sensor? Even a Xiaomi does and it's the same price. The camera sucks eventho8gh it's 13mp. Only dual core unlike a p9 lite who's is octa core. More ram. Fingerprint. I've been using it for 3 months and it is crappy. The plastic back is so cheap. An iPhone 5 is even better
