My phone's screen goes blank and touch doesnot responds even after restrarting it several times. Earlier this problem for fixed after restarting but now it doesn't.Today's software update also didn't fix this problem.How should i use my phone in this situation?

it has not been more than a month since I renewed my cell phone with the Samsung J5 prime and I was charging it, suddenly I saw it to see the time and it did not turn on; the screen went black so out of nowhere, I think this team is very bad, I do not recommend it; search the internet to see what might have happened; and I see that it is common for something similar to happen; really very disappointed with the SAMSUNG brand

I updated software before 15 days..after that my phone has become worst..it restarts itself.. N phone gets locked until you reset it..
Company says it is software problem..
Not so good experience

Samsung phone is not good, every phone is software problem.
after 6 month use phone start software and hang problem.
so i dis-aide in future not purchase Samsung phone.

In the second day of use it hangs. The back button doesn,t work well. Fingerprint doesnt always work.Very bad phone.

Very good phone but its width doesn't make sense. Long slim and slippery AF. Has slipped off my hands countless times. LCD needs replacement for the second time now.
