From the first day (14 august)of buying my phone , it has a problem in its sensors. Many times phone doesn't respond to the action i wanna take , for eg.-clicking photos , going to previous screen etc.. if u know any solution to this problem please tell me....

I ve got 2 J5 Prime : One I bought it, the other one I was given. This cellphones apparently have a default glitch : It will suddenly be turned off and just died; with battery on it, and even though they fix it, you have to pay for it and in less than 20 days it goes back with the same problem and you the cellphone is to be reset. I ve been through this for a long time, now it happened to the second cellphone, but to the first cellphone it happened countless times. Total waste of money.

Well after a whole month. I really regret buying this phone samsung support for some regions is super bad. The camera isnt so good as well.
Huawei have much better phone for the same price.

When you give permission to any app like use camera or microfone it means that company remotely can use your camera or mic even when you not turn on it and take pictures audio. They have youre phonebook mail isd passwords everything.. As well as gps will track all your travel movements whetere you like it or not and sent it to server. Its like you have crosshair marked on your back. Is is a very very vig worldwide conspiracy to look up in our lives this is the new age of spying on us and we allow it by clecking yes.. How ironic..
