I accidentally res... moreTo stop the overlay problem just off your phone and restart when it show samsung logo hold the volume down until it starts it would be safe mode now you can change your app permission after changing it and you are done restart your phone normally without pressing the volume down after that safe mode will be off

Samsung galaxy J 5 prime with 3 GB RAM and 32 gb internal memory is not a good phone... Touch, keypad and processer are not smooth. I purchased my J5 prime 3 days ago. I am writing this reviews after checking all features in last 3 days. Earlier i was a user of vivo v 3. Vivo was much better in all respect than J5 prime. Fingerprint sensor is just waste of time. I need to touch 4 or 5 time this fingerprint sensor to unlock my device. Vivo has very fast fingerprint sensor.. Front camera is like a simple camera. Pictures from front camera is not selfy but only simple pictures. Plz choose vivo or oppo if u want fast processing, good camera and nice touchpad and fingerprint sensor. I hope you would like my comments..

They say dual sim but the side tray where the 2nd sim and memory card must go in is not able to take the nano sim because it is to thick. I took it to a local cell phone shop and they tell me it is not a dual sim because it does not have 2 IMEI numbers. Can somebody help me with this.

What is result of battery.... it is taking too much time to charge 0-100 %... does this battery give long backup???

Flickering screen is major issue. I tried to play brothers in arms, the device doesn't work properly.
It lags while moving the soldier.
Could any one suggest me what to do?
I have bought it just 5 days ago.

Once you put screen guard, the back touch pad begins to fluctuate. It's better used without screen guard. Anybody else think so too?
