I am very disappointed. Got the phone first time the return key didn't work. I took it back at second day. Vodacom kept it for a week to check. They gave me a new j5. A week later the phone froze. Couldnt switch it off nothing. Took it back, they said it was wrong internet setting. 2 days later it didnt want to read the sim after charging. Guess what.. bluetooth also doesnt work. Taking it back again..... they want to evaluate again and give me another phone. I lost my trust in samsung

my Body of j5 prime from left below volume key above sim1 slot got bend. i purchased it 3 months back only and it has not been fallen yet,I dont know how that bend happened. infact screen display also blinks and flicker achanak se. battery is non removable! what to do??

Great mob...no fast charging but battery performance is great...fingerprint sensor also very sensitive

I love the samsung galaxy J5 prime. It's a great phone! But the earphones it comes with are so annoying, I hate them. Maybe I'm not using them properly? When they're sitting in my ear they don't feel very secure and the sound is awful. Wouldn't want to try using them during any exercise they'd fall out! Just as well I still have the ones I got with my previous phone
