Anonymous, 29 Jul 2020it overheated so the phone rebootedWhen overheated it shuts fast down (Kernel-panic) It will not reboot as long as the smartphone is too hot. PUBG is a rather heavy game so should be played with power cord but do expect that the phone will overheat.

Anonymous, sure the phone will turn off if battery is too low or too hot. if You play games connect the Samsung to it's AC power.
Android switches of the screen quickly , You can extend that even always on but that drains the battery fast. So with games connect the power cable

Lee: Playing games on a smartphone is not a good idea. First check if the game setting and otherwise in the android settings. You can give the time longer before it shuts off.
But that mean battery life is shortened. A side note is also, if the game asks alot of the gpu and cpu they can trot tel down so game starts to stutter.
Yes You can set android to keep the screen on all time but if You game connect the Samsung to its power cause continuous screen on drains battery a lot.

If Your phone has problems after an update: be sure to connect power when firmware updating. Second the phone should check apps that are not compatibility and if You installed many apps this can take long. Tof fix such problem, set back to factory settings (android 5 or 6) , warning You will loose many apps, so backup on laptop or computer . Then let it update again.

This is waste of money. Since the last update the phone is becoming even worst. it is crashing most of the time. and Now it is getting restarting by itself and cannot use it.Even Samsung Customere care didn't find the root cause of the issue. and it seems that this is the same issue for all Samsung J6+

An absolutely brutal phone !! Spent 2 hours turning off the voice assistant
after the phone turned it on apparently by itself. Avoid at all costs. Was going
to smash the thing. Incompetent software developers & with recent "updates"
( June 2020) it has become even worse.
My 10 year old Samsung with real buttons was far superior & reliable.
Going to try & fire it up again.
