To all those Samsung J 6 users who are disappointed as to why you have not received any kind of update, I have already sent a detailed email to the CEO of Samsung India. In response to my email I got a call from a Senior Executive for Customer Experience by the name Shaveta Sharma, but she was not helpful in answering my querry.
I kindly suggest that Samsung J6 users please email Shaveta Sharma at shaveta.s@partner.samsung.com and voice your concerns immediately

After updating my j6 software to Android 10 , the screen stopped responding and could't do anything on it. does that mean my screen calibration is faulty because am thinking of running factory reset.

Inzy, 26 May 202010 Update is not available yet in Sri Lanka also...it is available in Sri Lanka you have to go into smart switch and download the software on your device and it takes 3 hrs

What s the meaning of this??? Pakistan has got the update for Samsung J6 more than a month ago and we are still waiting for it. This is outrageous.
Thank you Samsung India for being so good with your service....REALLY. WIll never buy a samsung again

This viveka comments are bogus dont pay attention to them. Update for samsung j6 will be out in June as in India it runs on the Exynos 7870 chipset and not snapdragon 665 unlike in Panama and South Africa, that is why they have got the update earlier.
