J6 got Android 10 in Taiwan, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Panama
Others countries will get update very soon.

u know what guys, don't think about buying this phone. Most people say it is worth it to buy the Samsung Galaxy A20e as its also about the same price.
I am actually looking for a phone under USD 140, I believe that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 is a good option, you guys should go check that out as well if you want to).

Was using J6 for 1 year and recently switched to Galaxy A70, but i gotta say Galaxy J6 is one of the smartphones i have used, it has a good display, an average camera, and awesome battery life! Just love using it!

Go to Settings>About Phone>Model number. If its not J600G/J600GT you can't flash the firmware, just wait for it to be released OTA. It most likely going to be released to more users by this month or the upcoming months. Also keep in mind that the promised month for the update was June so don't keep your hopes too high.

The J600G variant is now receiving Android 10 update. If you have the same variant, wants to get Android 10 early and know what you will be doing, you can flash the Android 10 firmware using Odin.

I have been using Samsung Galaxy J6 for a year now it's okay for it's price there's nothing really special about it but it's a good phone.
