dfdf, 02 Sep 2019Which one is better galaxy j6 or m10First of all , M10 is younger for about nine months. It is pretty much bigger than J6, J6 is really smaller than in pictures but it fits nice in hands. While J6 is build of plastic(which is not so bad because it is not so slippery and smaller chances to get cracked somewhere) , M10 is mix between front glass and plastic body. J6 has AMOLED CAPACITIVE TOUCH SCREEN so it makes really nice picture and it has glass protection. Both of them have OREO and PIE. Memory and ram are pretty same thing it depends on variant. Chipset,CPU,GPU are same so speed is same on both phones… J6 has single 13MP camera and 8MP selfie camera. M10 has double camera so it is really better. Selfie camera is 5MP on M10 and on J6 8MP but i think that doesn't make any big difference. M10 as I can see in specifications doesn't support USB OTG while J6 does so if you don't mind about connection keyboard,mouse, external drives,usb printing than it doesn't matter(for me it is big thing).
Minus for M10 is no fingerprint, J6 does have rear-mounted and believe me it is really fast and good for unlocking , you don't have to enter password all the time . M10 has stronger battery and it is more cheaper than J6.
J6 is good phone if you want small phone with nice looking to stream media, using social apps and some games(not heavy ones) , you need faster unlocking and need good picture quality.
M10 can give you almost everything as J6 but no fingerprint, M10 has a bigger screen , 1 more camera but that is what it has better than J6. J6 can give you some more functions than M10 (they are helpful but not neccessary so it depends about your choice). I hope that i helped you… :)

J6 is the great device in low budget & the feel of S series full display look so great

Anonymous, 31 Aug 2019did the factory reset fix the issue?Noppe, it was still happening after, and iv put only apps that im using daily,, and now i think it stopped im not sure yet,

Josh, 30 Aug 2019I've got both major updates so I think your getting them lateI don't understand. How could you have all major updates? Major updates are PIE and ANDROID 10(Q). Original is OREO so it doesn't count there in updates. It is not possible that you receive Q because first models who will receive Q are S-series , and J-series are last because they are discontinued. Maybe you could install custom rom. I think that android Q is not published yet just in test phase, maybe in some google phones. We could expect them at the end of year, on J6 maybe on spring who knows what are they gonna do ...

Anonymous, 30 Jul 2019No. The Galaxy J6 has NOT notification light.Well it is only for waterproof phones because the speaker won't work under water. In the q update it is capable of it though. Next to the call speaker.

I remember it was what caused it on mine before. I don't recall what app it was cause it was some years ago, but it was behaving the same way you're describing. I removed it and the phone went back to normal. check the apps installed on your phone.

Ok guys help. My j6 even tho is still an excelent phone for the money,, latelly started to wake up without no reason fir it so to make it clear, When the screen is dark phone is in standby it wakes up but without any notifications and after 3,4 sec it goes dark again. It hapens without no patern and sometimes a lot sometimes rarely, so if anybody knows something bout this, pls help, bcoz its starting to get really annoing
