The phone's best feature was its battery for me, with my light usage it could stay 4-5 days on one charge, it was really impressive, and the great optimization they had was gone when they upgraded the android version, not buying samsung anymore, they screw you over when you already have the phone

Anonymous, 07 Jun 2019After update to 9.0 my j6 is having problems in charging...... moreyou need to recalibrate the battery. use the phone until it drains completely. when it turns itself off, power it on again and use it until it dies again. do that over and over until it can't power back on anymore. basically drain every bit of charge it has. then charge it until it's full and do not power it on in the middle of charging, just wait for it to get full. I did that on mine and never had issues with charging.

After update to 9.0 my j6 is having problems in charging... Between 75-85 it will stuck and would not charge for hours... Ie at 78 percent it will get stuck and wouldn't charge to higher percent for hours. If I remove remove the charger and then contact again then it will charge again... My phone is just month old. What should I do now??? I have tried hard reset but did not work. Also it is to note that sometime it would charge fine and if I charge having with phone off then it would also charge fine..

I updated my phone to pie and my phone now has no heating issues or slowdown issues. And now when i play asphalt 9 on my j6 its way better. I like the ui but hate the icons ,so i downloaded a theme instead in samsung themes so the icons look much better. Overall i quite like the new update

FYI - the Model SM-J600GZDMARO (Galaxy J6 that get's sell on Argentina, seems to have 32GB Storage / 2GB RAM according to the official website here: https://www.samsung.com/ar/smartphones/galaxy-j6-j600/SM-J600GZDMARO

Hi everyone. I am from South Africa and just got the Pie update for my J6. It did not include an auto brightness feature. I am sure I read that the Pie update should include auto brightness. Would anyone be able to tell me why I don't have this?

Can anyone let me know does Waze GPS navigator app still works after upgrade to Android Pie 9.0 with ONE UI? I heard my colleague using Xiaomi not able to detect location after upgrade, thanks.

Hello, Just got the J6 2018 it upgraded to Pie straight away and it's great. Everything is brilliant video play back, gaming, battery for me lasts all day. I love how slim the phone feels in my hand too.
If anyone reading this is looking to get this phone I say yes ;) and enjoy.
