I cannot figure how to load music (mp3). Nothing in the directions and the service company was no help. I am not a happy customer.

I am facing a problem. I connected this device with a pc via USB cable. After that this device is not supports any Ian cable. It just shows charging. Also my original charger doesn't support anymore. Instead it shows "To charge faster Connect with original charger ." OTG doesn't work anymore. I have done factory data reset once. But the problem is not solved. For updating software, Cousfomer Care service will cost 500 TK . But I m not afford to do so. Any homemade solution?
