First swith off your phone after holding the volume up + home key+lock screen key for 10 sec after boot screen appear press the down key to factory reset/wipe data...problem will solved

Don’t buy Samsung J7 Phone, This phone have manufacturing fault. I am facing lot of problem with Samsung j7. I have purchased this phone in July-2016 and my Mobile phone suddenly power off, when we will try with Service center solve the issue they are demanding 6500/- amount for repairing charge.
