After update my Samsung galaxy j 7 s charging very slow... When you connect your original Samsung charger it's showing 'to charge faster, use Samsung original charger.. Now I'm charging whole night... Pls anyone help me

according to my experience witg phone...it is the only phone under 15000 rupees introduced by samsung with no lag and great performace...its an awesome phone...i am using for 2 months and 2 days ago i also updated my andriod version to 6..but after update i think the charge was going a little bit fast..no other complaints

allison, 07 Aug 2016I bought Samsung galaxy j7 seven months ago and it worked p... moremay be there is a problem in software. if possible reset your phone. if problem till persist then update ur phone.

I turned on my j7 after 18 days...then i just turned on my data connection then my phone taken automaticly restart...after restart i saw my phone i fully restored..it automaticly taken restore..what shuld i do now to recover my datas...plz help..

I bought Samsung galaxy j7 seven months ago and it worked pretty amazing at the beginning but after using it for a month it starts switching off many times and each time and try to open an application its says that google play has stopped, it doesn't work at the moment the only thing that I can open is the gallery, a friend told me that maybe there's a problem in the software

I am using Samsung J700F model, i got the OTA 6.0.1 update (832 MB one) but it was unable to download it full. I factory restored my device and since then i am not able to get the Marshmallow update..
Please Help..
