If you want good camera phone then do not buy j7. Its camera sucks even with good light conditions.

Samsung J7 has complaints for automatic switching off the phone but by brand name i had gone for the phone trusting the company but my phone automatically gets off

tathaa1, 29 Jun 2016I am using it since 8 months... my problem is whenever I ... moreIts display problem...tell the service people to change the display...even my j7 2015 edition handset had the same problem....i went to the service centre and told them to change the screen but they changed the motherboard....after that also the screen was flickering when set to low brightness....later they changed my phone display..its working fine now....just tell them to change the screen it will solve the problem..

I just got new Galaxy J7 last week. Been babying it all week, since my last Galaxy 4LTE lasted only 2 years. So, for J7, trying to not over charge battery, and turn it off overnight. Well, now the SAFE MODE will not go off. Did some trouble shooting, and there was suggestion that one of the APPS was corrupted, and I was supposed to delete all my APPS til I found which one it was, an excercise in frustration. Well, now I have done that -- and still SAFE MODE will not go off. I am so pissed about this piece of crap phone. never again SAMSUNG!

the phone is good.but the major drawback is it does not have sensor to support compass application.very much disappointing.

J7 is completely badddd mobile phone in the world, after 2month it's started switch off automatically, better drain first, yesterday i was playing game then display go off..... Very bad Samsung some how model...

Hello every one
I bought used J7 in approx 10 Months Warranty , all the things working fine but i am facing some problem with it
1. No samsung code being accepted neither imei code , nor mega test code.*#0*# etc.
2.call sensor not working & also i didn't found any setting for On /Off the same.
Please help if it is a rooting , unlocking or software issue.

What a luck to the j5 users in india , they get the marshmallow update before j7
And the J7 users are waiting still today yet I am also a j7 user and I am also waiting for that update everyday I call to SAMSUNG CARE or LIVE CHAT they told me the updatation is rolling out and u will get it more quickly but yet they also not confrm they also told in suspension not 100% confrm
The price of j7 is grater and in ever quantity j7 is more powerful than j5 but see the luck today whats happening today I , We ,They also don't know yet no confirmation to the update of j7oof with the manufature company .
I am feeling very humble and i also told you that i have j500f also and i updraged it into the marshmallow and enjoying the new towichwiz look
But this is sorry for j700f users and me too.........

Hi. I just bought J7. the Display doesn't work. It doesn't light up when I touch screen or press buttons. But I took screenshots and connected it to my lappy, I can see when I touch the Screen It IS doing things, but the phone's screen does not show that. It seems to be disabled.
How can I fix this?
