I have j7. If I try to data hard reset it says binary is locked through FRP lock. Plz someone tell how to unlock FRP lock.

its a superb phone and the performance of the phone is also good . games also work without any lag .

Actually I am confuse in j7 and note 3 neo so which one is best can anyone tell me which bcoz I have a s3 it is very very good phone but I think that the j7 is latest phone but I want a better phone below 15000
