mary, 13 May 2016pls my galaxy j7 is hanging and my charting is slow what co... morethere's a software update recently for the J7 2015 which is around 250mb. when it comes to slow charging, the question is, are you using the phone while being charged? if yes, then charging time will definitely be affected. also, using usb cables longer than what came with the charger could also affect charging times. my J7 is fully charged for more or less two hours using the cable it came with, but took around three hours when i used a cable 1.8 meters long. the cable it came with i think is around 0.75 meters long.

kathy, 13 May 2016low RAM .better to improve it . Huawei p9 and Huawei mate 8... moreLol, why you comparing it to a high end device. Plus, 1.5 gb ram is still more than enough tbh. I have one right now. It runs smoothly and the battery life is awesome, easily will go 2 days.

Sometimes press home button phone will restart, sometimes it will not turn on the screen by pressing the home button as well... Anybody facing the same problem??

8256, 12 May 2016Hi guys, which will you recommend the J7 or REDMI NOTE 3?samsung galaxy j7 is best than redmi note 3 .......j7 screen brightness is soo god even in sunlight ......but redmi note 3 screen brightness is not so good in direct sunlight ....it is good only for indoor use and and j7 gives 2 sims slot with sd card slot but in redmi note 3 there is hybrid sim slot ...you can use second sim or a sd card..................so go for samsung galaxy j7

Shashi singh, 13 May 2016I think there is lack in RAM. There must be minimum 2GB RAM. this ram is enough for this device.......there is no lagging in this device with this ram.......heavy game runs soo smoothly in j7.......it is best
