There R Many Here Don't Know The That This Model Is One Year Old............Samsung Launches J7 In 2015 After One Year They Launched New Model Galaxy J7 (2016)........... U Will Not Get New Model @15k (230$)......... Price Expected Of New Model @25k (380$).

I lost data first time from internal memory, and then I use external 4gb memory card I loss data from external memory also, I loss important data and mine application forms which is important to me, what the hall this is, I had samsung java rex I don't have problem in that

am from india and i got this mobile the battery backup is good and doesnt heat up quickly .No lags but it crashed around 6 times in 5 months. phone doesnt respond first, it autmatically reboots ,then u get error messgages say unfortunately apps closed. u have to reboot it now manually,then all accounts including google outlook are logged out.i have to enter user name and password again and download data.worst problem ever

J7 seems disposable, 6 months of careful usage then total black out.. waste of money 12k plus rude Samsung employees in the store from where i bought when i started asking what could be the problem. Defective unit on sale. defective sales rep attitude. so sorry for myself. Think 7 times before you buy :(

I have a problem when im using the youtube app its always buffering compare to my lenovo a536 i dont know if it because of my internet connection or the phone itself can anyone suggest what im going to do i already updated the version of youtube from playstore but still isnt working..thanks

Everything about this phone is ok except the data connection. The background data always become restricted automatically even if is turned off manually. It's just disgusting since it prevents the use of any social networking or communication or weather app. Any solution from anybody? Or can Samsung fix the problem with a software update?

j7 is a very good smartphone right here .i m updated the bike mode opption in my new j7 thts also too good
