J7 nougat update RIP, 05 Dec 2017No nougat update for J7 2015 confirmed by the samsung offic... moreI've been sharing this FACT in the last month or so .... only the J7 T & P variants would get the Nougat update as they we're out of the box 6.0.1. The earlier J7 F, H, M variants came out of the box with 5.1.1 and was already upgraded to 6.0.1. ALSO to point out that the T & P were certified with Nougat by the WiFi alliance org - hence that complete this saga. TY much!

No nougat update for J7 2015 confirmed by the samsung officials and in live chat with samsung customers
The device will not get update neither by this end of the month nor next year

He said that samsung has started rolling out nougat update to its devices
I asked whether j7 2015 all versions will get nougat update he didnt respond
He said to wait
Wait till december 19 as knox is being terminated
Or else till end of the year
Hope we get nougat update

i am waiting and hoping to get atleast a security patch. my phone is now on the june security patch UAE firmware.... its been so long now... no update for UAE firmware... atleast a maintenance update...
