J7 is very good to play mobile games(Line Rangers) but when I used dual SIM, there have some issues and can't hear properly.So I used only one SIM.I tried these SIMs at Grand 2 and calling is OK.

I bought new samsung J7 but I am facing a problem with sim 2 , the SIM2 is getting disabled or goes to emergency call only mode very often.
it is annoying. what is the cause? should I take it to service center?

I bought this phone last week. All the features are good. But battery is my issue. It takes more than 5 hours to get 100% battery. But its never last longer than 5 hours if using internet. Before using this phone i was using galxy e7 which has a good battery life and quick charging. Any one have the same problem?

I purchased the J7 one month ago. In the beginning it was good. But, one week later, both the sim cards, I could not make outgoing calls. It says, "No Registered Network". Only Emergency calls allowed. When I switch off and on, then it becomes ok. Please some one suggest me what to do.
