Swap my asus zen 6 to samsung j7 but encountered a flicker issue when you put itbon the lowest brightness the lower half flickers when it is dimming

i bought samsung galaxy j7 in december ...previous some days i hv a big problem in my mobile ... restrict background data itself activated again and again . this restriction is activated on 2 or 3 application only mainly its whatsap and uc browser than i do not get any msg when i signout my Whtsap . plz help me ....what should i do ?

zam, 18 Mar 2016friend you can download notification light from playstorehow will this work when you have no sensor or light in front of phone ? Its stupid to make the camera light flash on and off on a notification.
The update does not solve the sound problem.
Gorilla glass is not necessary just use tempered glass screen protector. A good quality one from amazon costs rs 200.
