i am buying this J7 last week...i been facing the pblm eg i am using dual sim card...when i off my hp during i sleep the next day i wake up n switch the hp on,my sim card 1 stated no service...so how can i fixed this pblm? or the hp itself hav pblm?

hi guys recently i bought earphones (universal) but i have a problem because they work with my laptop and even samsung s3 but with j7 they dont work are there any solutions pls? the earphones given by samsung they work for j7 but they arent camfortable
