Hiya Samsung,
So for the first time in September I decided to choose your Samsung J7 and I must say it's done nothing but dissapoint me since.
In September I decided it was time for a new phone whilst looking at other phones I came across the brand new Samsung J7 and I thought it was a good phone it looked reliable and nice to use but infact i was wrong, a few friends of mine from college have also recently purchased this phone and they have also hated it, it's back camera decides when it does and doesn't want to work, it's died at 60% battery, not to metion the absolutly appalling paint work on the sides have chipped and it looking extremely tacky, all of the softwear on this phone is horrendous, I would advise anyone thinking about getting this phone to think otherwise, I always thought I should stick to Apple.

I like samsung, the price is balance with device quality. The second maybe more a cheap price, but better a new product.
