Only Issue it volume is too low

Anonymous, 09 Mar 2016Same problm for me.. not jus watsap but facebook too.. it s... moresettings-applications-application manager. under all applications swipe down to find smart manager. tap on it. tap manage storage-clear data-clear in the confirmation box. force stop smart manager. now you can permanently disable background data restriction in settings-data usage.

I using this last 4 months no hang pblm no heat issue front and back camera really good but the price is little high when compared to the other models

I purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 2 months ago because the price is just fair for my budget to own a smart phone but to my dismay it turned off by itself and never charge again as in total black out. 12K is too much for a smart phone that is actually not smart. My Phone Aqua rio is a lot better than this.

Ken, 09 Mar 2016How do you know wether your j7 is exynos or snapdragon?assuming you want to get the exynos version, look at the specs on the box. if it says 1.5Ghz octacore, then that's exynos. if not, pretty sure it's snapdragon

im very satisfied with having this smarthphone, it could play HD game without much heat comparing to other smartphone. this one much better

Ken, 09 Mar 2016How do you know wether your j7 is exynos or snapdragon?Download sammobile from playstore in your device its a app developed by samsung itself. It will authentically read and your hardware as well as software specification and display it when you will run the app.

Anonymous, 19 Feb 2016after using for few months now hangs a lot and the wierd is... moreSame problm for me.. not jus watsap but facebook too.. it stops loading.. i ve to go bac to settings n swtch off the restrict data usage tab.. n i find tat ven i get back to my facebook i keep geting the same issue..n again ven i go bac to my settings, i find the restrict background data is swtchd on automaticaly.. its getting very irritating. im also missing out messages in watsap too as generaly u only tend to check ur fone ven u get a msg.. but aftr hours u find u missd out a lot.
Mayb its a bug... anyone has any idea how to sort this problm out?

Im using J7 since 3weeks and fully satisfied with the features..But only 1 problem is dat when i turned off my phone wallpaper resets automatically with default wallpaper.. i hv reset my phone,updated software but still facing diz ptoblem Plz help how to get out of it PLEASE 😔
