I think j7 is the best phone in a mid range... By comparision to other phone under the price of 15k in 2016 if u want a good phone then purchase it

Or goto settings - application manager - select watsapp -check show notification..and some site says if u have any battery saving app, background datas automatically turned off which gives no notifications.so if u hav one just disable those app. Hope dis help

Everytime I turn off the "restict background data" but when I enter WhatsApp or facebook, then it is automatically turned on. So I am not receiving any notification. What should I do?
