Hi,I bought Samsung galaxy j7 phone last 3 days back,the big issue is my is getting restart every time during calls,why is it like this can please suggest me what to do?

I'm a gamer anf it took me much of the time to open apps. J7 is good phone @ start but in the end youll end up disappointed

People here in gsmarena reported notification problems in WhatsApp. Notifications are received only when WhatsApp is opened. Some people also found background data restriction problems. Under Settings>Data Usage, sometimes 'restrict background data' automatically enabled for WhatsApp. I'm also using opera mini. Same applies to it. Even if I disable 'restrict background data' option for these apps, they're automatically enabled as soon as I open the apps or even without opening them. Background data restriction hampers notifications in WhatsApp. Downloading a file sometimes stopped in opera mini if I open another app. For those find notifications problems in WhatsApp or other apps search if background data restriction enabled upon tapping individual apps under settings>data usage. I think I've found a solution to this. Open settings>applications>application manager. Under 'All' tab scroll down to 'Smart Manager' app. Tap on it. App info for 'Smart Manager' opens. Below you'll find 'manage storage' option. Tap on it. Then tap 'clear data'. Tap ok in confirmation box. The screen goes dark for a fraction of second. Now you find 'reset app preferences' under 'more' option upper right corner in the 'All' tab in 'application manager'. Tapping this reset background data restriction for all apps. You can disable 'background data restriction' for individual apps in settings>data usage also. Again 'clear data' of 'smart manager'. If you find these steps useful do reply here.
