This cell phone have really many problems with it. I don't know weather it's software or hardware problem. But while using it continues for 3 hour n more its goes slowdown.

Dear all,
I would like to inform you that never buy samsung J7 cell phone. My cell phone has worked only for 45 days. Several times I had been to service center, During first complaint I was informed that board is having some problem and it needs to be replaced which is out of stock. Please follow up with us for the same. Service center got the stock after a week, I got replace my cell phone board. After replacing the board within 12 hours I found the same problem. Again I visited service center this time I was informed that there is some software problem they updated software and gave me after 2 days. I got my cell from the service center again within 24 hours I found the same problem. During my 3rd complaint I was informed that binary is having some problem. Binary is under upgrade and when it will be upgraded they dont have any idea. I asked them to replace my cell, they said that we dont have that policy, we dont replace. Till now I am behind these people... samsung people are cheaters please dont buy anything from them.

I got a problem with sdcard. My apps not functional if i move to sdcard. Its always go nothing & i have to install the apps again. Tell me what the problem. I am using microsd samsung 16gb.

Camera is avegare,my previous honor 6 plus have better front and rear.I like the battery it's very good.also it have gesture which I like it.the price is also good for this phone.it does not hang and fast same like honor 6 plus

the worst phone that I ever met it only lags and no value that and that I paid for it. seroiusly one of the worst phone ever. going for redmi note 3 pro

Please use original charger that come with your phone to charge. Do not use other brands one.
You can answer or reject calls with a single tap on the screen.
No need to swipe anymore.
Just go to turn on the Single tap mode in Accessibility there.

Myl, 12 Feb 2016I bought this mobile today....am happy wiyh overall experie... moreremove battery and recharge. Its only first time on the new phone that battery plays up. Same with me from 77% to 4 percent in 30 mins but now ok. Use original charger that came with it
